The House is in Dhour Abadeih , Mount Lebanon ,950 m above sea level and 15-kilometer northeast Beirut.

The Main floor level, containing a large vestibule, then a gallery flanked by the central stair lit well, and a side elevator, the reception salon, the curved central living room with sweeping large windows directed to the city views, the Formal kitchen/ breakfast area connected to the formal dining room via the kitchen pantry, then a private visitors bedroom suit towards the end.

The basement floor level, containing the Family room with a direct view to the lower courtyard, the gym / lap pool area with skylight from the top and another side view to the lower courtyard, the Turkish bath accessible from the gym or the central stair Gallery, the Maids and services area accessible via the back stairs leading to the kitchen above, the main stair or exterior curved ramp connecting the main floor above to the lower back yard and the basement floor.

The architectural language for the house is another reminiscent example of acculturated Mediterranean Tuscany houses with simple soft cut natural limestone cladding, painted off-white double-glazed windows, vaulted zinc roofs and red tile hipped roof combination, wood /steel pergolas, exterior glass steel greenhouse, user friendly landscaped terraces, and cut our carved parking as carport located beneath the exterior sloppy terrace adjacent of the frontal courtyard.

The Design Concept is to provide a fragmented village like volumes anchored around the main central stairs as a vertical spine connecting the three levels of galleries as a vertical spine, each of which to serve the floors as such, The upper level for the Bedroom suites, then the roof with a lookout deck.
